Medical Weight Loss
Medical weight loss involves using medical approaches to help individuals achieve and maintain weight loss. This can include prescription medication such as GLP1 medications, lifestyle modifications, medical supervision, and behavioral therapy.
This is addressed in a comprehensive visit, along with addressing imbalances within the body.
A comprehensive evaluation is required. At this visit we will determine any lab work needed. Nutrition plans are also provided.
Hormone Replacement Therapy
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is a medical treatment used to alleviate symptoms associated with hormonal imbalances or deficiencies. It’s most commonly associated with managing menopause symptoms, but it can also be used for other conditions such as adrenal and thyroid imbalance.
HRT can be administered in various forms, including pills, patches, gels, or injections. The type of hormone replacement and the method of delivery depend on the condition being treated and individual patient needs.

Integrative Oncology
At Salus we do not treat cancer, we treat the terrain of the individual who has cancer. We do this by taking a comprehensive look at history, lab-work, genetic variations, and other advanced testing as needed. We strive to find out what went wrong and how can we support your body through the cancer process. Tiffany has done advanced training the the Metabolic Approach to Cancer, under the guidance of Dr. Nasha Winters. We will discuss things such as psychological health, mistletoe therapy, genetics, nutrients depletions, and metabolic function. This program requires lifestyle interventions to help your body repair and heal.
The program includes a comprehensive initial consult, 2 follow-up visits that are 60 minutes, and nutrigenomic testing.
