Comprehensive Integrative Visit
Online or in person, during this initial consultation, we will begin with an in-depth review of your comprehensive medical history, discuss your current symptoms, lifestyle factors and review your health goals. We will also order any necessary labs.
You and the practitioner will develop a plan together that will take into consideration your preferences, lifestyle, personality, physiology, biochemistry, and genetics. This plan will include recommended changes to your lifestyle if necessary, diet, peptides, hormones, and supplements. This appointment will also consider the need for hormone replacement, and medical weight loss as necessary.
